Architectural
Design
Our architectual contractor will work with you to provide concepts and a full design of the project, all drawings required for the planning application, all drawings/details/specifications required for the building control application and the full structural design. They will also prepare and submit all applications with the council, and act as your agent for the duration of the project (dealing with any queries from the council etc)
Preconstruction Planning
Once planning is approved we can begin the preconstruction planning phase of your project. During which we will determine the logistics for delivery and removal of materials to and from site, budget and construction scheduling and third party contractor requirements.
Construction
Management
Upon commencement of your project there will be a senior member of our team onsite to manage, consult and work with you to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible and the project is kept on track. Any questions or concerns you may have will be handled directly by our site manager.

DIB Joinery Ltd is a family owned and operated company founded in 2018. Darren, the managing director with over 25 years experience in the residential construction industry, has formed a team that take great pride in their high standard of work and genuinely enjoy what they do.
