This project commenced in March 2020, the property is a 4 bedroom, detached double story house which previously had an average sized kitchen/ diner. The scope of work was to build a 4.5m x 9m (full width) extension on the rear of the property opening the kitchen/diner up into a large open plan kitchen/diner/ living room.

The garden has been terraced into two levels with the internal flooring continuing onto the bottom level patio to create a large, open entertaining area. Steps leading you to the upper level deck where you can relax and catch the last of the afternoon sun.
