Garage Conversion to Office 

A Single car garage was converted into a modern home office. The garage door was removed, foundations were exposed and the new wall was constructed with a full width window installed.

Internal access to the office was required so a section of wall was removed with a personnel door fitted. The concrete slab was insulated and and an Oak floor laid. The room was re-boarded and skimmed for paint before a radiator was plumbed and installed. Downlights were fitted as well as extra sockets and an ethernet portal. Finally a large, custom, full width, floor to ceiling cupboard was built with overlapping, sliding, Walnut laminated doors.
